privacy policy

retegio.com is operated by Retegio LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what personal data we collect on this site, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. The short version: this site collects almost nothing. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and the only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form.

For visitors in the European Union or United Kingdom, Retegio LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and the message you write. You provide this voluntarily; we collect nothing from the form you don’t type into it.
- Server logs — like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information about requests, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use these logs only for security and to keep the site running.
This site sets no cookies — not for analytics, advertising, preferences, or anything else. We use no third-party trackers.
How we use it
We use contact form submissions for one purpose: reading and responding to your message. Under the GDPR, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you send us. We do not use your information for marketing, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we never sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by email through Cloudflare, the infrastructure provider that also hosts this site and handles the server logs described above. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf. We share personal data with no one else, unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to handle the correspondence, and delete them when they are no longer relevant. Server logs are retained on our hosting provider’s standard short-term rotation.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to our processing of it. Email contact@retegio.com and we’ll respond promptly. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles personal data — for example, by adding analytics — we will update this policy and its effective date before the change takes effect.
